  • Webprim (hereinafter "Company") places great importance on the personal information you provide to the STAYERA platform (hereinafter "Platform") and manages it safely and strictly in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. Pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company establishes the following Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

    · The personal information collected during membership registration is as follows.

  • 🗓️ Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

    · The Company uses personal information only for a limited period from the time of membership registration through the period of service provision. When a user requests withdrawal, withdraws consent to the collection and use of personal information, or when the purpose of collection and use is achieved or the retention and use period expires, the relevant personal information is destroyed without delay.   • 🗑️ Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
    • · The Company destroys the relevant personal information without delay when the personal information retention period has elapsed or the processing purpose has been achieved.
    • · However, if personal information must continue to be retained pursuant to applicable laws, it is transferred to a separate database for storage. At such time, the personal information is not used for any other purpose except as required by law, and access is strictly controlled to authorized personnel only.
    • · The Company selects personal information for which a reason for destruction has arisen and destroys it after receiving approval from the Personal Information Protection Officer.
    • · Information in electronic file format is rendered unrecoverable, and personal information recorded in paper documents is shredded or incinerated.

    • · Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, rectify, delete, or request suspension of processing of personal information against the Company at any time.
    • · Rights may be exercised in writing, by email, fax, etc. to the Company, and the Company will take action without delay.
    • · Rights may be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent of the data subject by submitting a power of attorney in accordance with Annex Form No. 11 of the [Notice on Methods of Personal Information Processing].
    • · The right to access personal information and request suspension of processing may be restricted pursuant to Article 35, Paragraph 5 and Article 37, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
    • · Requests for rectification or deletion of personal information cannot be made when such personal information is specified as a subject of collection under other laws.
    • · When receiving requests for access, rectification, deletion, or suspension of processing pursuant to data subject rights, the Company verifies whether the requester is the data subject or a legitimate representative.
